Consultation Explaining Your Diagnosis
Your initial appointment will consist of a consultation explaining your diagnosis and treatment options. Occasionally, treatment can be done the same day as the consultation. However, complex cases may require a second visit.
Please assist us by providing the following information at your consultation:

A parent or guardian must accompany all patients under 18.
Please notify the office if you have any medical conditions or are taking medications that may affect your treatment, including heart conditions, diabetes, blood pressure concerns, or anticoagulant therapy.
Preparing for Your Appointment
A few simple steps can help make your visit smooth and efficient.
Before your appointment, please complete all required patient forms through our online portal. We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow time for check-in and any necessary updates.During your consultation, our team may take a CBCT scan, a detailed three-dimensional X-ray that helps the doctor carefully evaluate the tooth and surrounding structures. You are also welcome to bring headphones or earbuds to listen to music, a podcast, or an audiobook during your appointment.
