Our Treatment Coordinators are available to review these options with you and answer any questions you may have before treatment begins.

Payment Options: Payment is due at the time services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept:

Please note that credit card payments will incur a 3% merchant fee. There is no surcharge for debit cards, HSA, or FSA cards. We understand that unexpected dental treatment can create financial stress. To help make care more manageable, we offer flexible third-party financing options through Cherry and CareCredit. We highly recommend completing your application from home prior to your appointment to expedite your visit.

Cherry Financing:

Allows patients to divide treatment costs into smaller payments over time. The application process is simple, and eligible patients may be able to choose from payment plan options that fit their budget. Apply to Cherry using the application link below “Pay with Cherry”. Applying takes seconds and does not impact your credit score. Upon approval, the funds are available immediately for your treatment.

CareCredit:

Carecredit is a healthcare credit card that can be used for dental and other health-related expenses at participating providers. CareCredit allows approved patients to pay for treatment over time and may offer promotional financing options for qualifying purchases. Apply to Carecredit using the link below.

Financing is subject to approval. Terms, conditions, and promotional options are determined by Cherry or CareCredit and may vary. Insurance and Account Responsibility

ACE Endodontics accepts most PPO dental insurance plans. Our team will help verify your benefits and review your estimated patient responsibility before treatment whenever possible.

As a courtesy to our patients, we will submit insurance claims on your behalf after services are rendered. To help avoid delays or claim issues, it is the patient’s responsibility to provide our office with accurate and current insurance information before treatment.

At the time of your appointment, you will be responsible for paying any deductible, co-payment, co-insurance, and any portion of the treatment fee that we estimate may not be covered by your insurance plan. Please understand that any treatment estimate provided by our office is only an estimate. Insurance benefits may vary due to policy limitations, eligibility changes, frequency restrictions, plan exclusions, or coordination of benefits.

Once your insurance claim has been processed, your account may have a remaining balance or credit. Any remaining balance after insurance payment is the patient’s responsibility. If a balance remains, we will send an itemized statement for your review. Your prompt payment is appreciated.
