Dr. Sarah Abdat: Providing Advanced Endodontic Care with a Gentle, Patient-Centered Approach.

Dr. Sarah Abdat grew up in Cairo, Egypt. She earned her dental degree from Ain Shams University in 2010, followed by a Comprehensive Dentistry program and Master’s Degree in Oral Biology at New York University (NYU), which she completed in 2015. She then pursued her specialty training in Endodontics at the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of the University of Southern California (USC), graduating in 2017.

Following residency, Dr. Abdat practiced Endodontics in Austin, Texas for several years, where she developed extensive experience treating a wide range of endodontic cases. In 2022, she joined Tufts University School of Dental Medicine as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Endodontics, where she shared her clinical knowledge and passion for Endodontics with both predoctoral students and postgraduate residents.

In 2024, Dr. Abdat relocated to Houston, Texas, where she continued her clinical practice in Endodontics. She is passionate about saving teeth and providing precise, high-quality endodontic care. She is known for her gentle, caring and compassionate approach to patient care and takes the time to make each patient comfortable , heard, and confident throughout their treatment. She believes in combining advanced technology, clinical experience, and careful treatment planning to achieve predictable, long-term outcomes.

Dr. Abdat is excited to bring her experience and passion for Endodontics to ACE Endodontics and to provide patients with exceptional specialty care in a welcoming environment.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Abdat enjoys spending time with her husband and young son, traveling, and exploring new places through family adventures and road trips.
